Any products with protein and vitamin E will work wonders. Stay away from products that contain alcohol. A personal tip at bed time braid your hair in pigtails, so the hair is constently stimulated to growing down, as opposed to being wrapped up or just wild and down while sleeping. Also before all that every night rub any kind of stimulating hair growth stuff in your hair, mainly concentrate on the scalp. It may feel greasy but you can wash it in the morning. Those are some tips that always worked for me.
Oh and if you can get your hands on some prenatal vitamins take those everyday. They won't hurt you they are just packed with so many vitamins that are supposed to keep you healthy while the fetus takes all your nourishment, but these vitamins will make your nails and hair grow unbelievably fast you will definitley see more inches quickly! If you can't get those then just take vitamin e everyday consitently so its constantly in your system.

GNC has a supplement called "Nourishair" that makes the hair grow faster, you can read what's in it by googling it. Be warned these pills are HUGE and you have to take 2 a day.
Also ProCaps labs sells a "hair skin and nails" formula that does the same thing, supports hair growth and health, and is smaller and easier to swallow.
If you take only Biotin alone, make sure you take at least 2.5 milligrams or 2500 micrograms [the same thing] a day because thats' a good amount to take. I use the Nourishair supplement from GNC now and my hair is growing faster than it did, but it took about 6 to 8 weeks of daily use to see results

I would suggest eating a lot of foods that contain protein, taking vitamins, and maybe even trying some shampoos/conditioners that are made for aiding the hair growth process. Hair and fingernails are made out of protein, so I am sure that getting a lot of protein into your body won't hurt. Browse through health food stores; a lot of them have herbal formulas to promote hair growth and are natural. It's unhealthy to put chemicals into your hair. Any way you try it, it probably won't work out as quickly as you would like, but it will work in time. Good luck!

Try using Mane and Tail Shampoo and Conditioner. Go to manentail.com. It's made from a formula used for horse hair. Weird right? But they have a human version and I know a lot of people that have used it and it has sped up the growth process.

There are many methods to make our hair grow faster, shine , glitter in natural ways without using chemicals. Learn here https://bitly.im/aL97X Men, and sometimes women, notice that their hair is thinning prematurely for several different reasons. Age, menopause, pregnancy, genetics, illness, and other factors all play a role in hair loss. Sure, you can use drugs or you can go in for a hair transplant or fusion, but sometimes the easiest, most inexpensive solution, is to try to stop hair loss naturally.
