Not until he becomes a citizen.
Marrying a permanent resident does not give you a right to stay in the US (unlike marrying a citizen) - you can apply for your green card after you get married, but the line is about 5-6 years, and you would have to leave when your status expires, and stay abroad during that time (or until he becomes a citizen). Moreover, it is unlikely that you'll be able to re-enter on a visa either if you apply now - they won't let you in because of the "immigration intent".

It is better from this standpoint to not get married, until your boyfriend becomes a US citizen - that way you can, at least, continue visiting him on a visa (and you can extend your stay a couple of time too) - and then you can marry him, apply for a greencard, and stay.

No. As you are a permanent resident, and the waiting period for a visa in the classification for spouses of permanent residents is 5 to 6 years, you can petition for him, but he is not eligible to adjust status to permanent resident. If you marry your boyfriend while he is in the U.S. as a visitor, it will not have any benefit for or effect on his status. He'll still be bound by the restrictions on the visitor status. He is more or less locked into the status on his I-94. He's a visitor. He's not allowed to work. And he can only stay for the validity period on his I-94. When it expires, his departure is required. If you were a U.S. citizen, the answer would have been different.

Tell your boyfriend to get citizenship. Once he gets citizenship, get married and then apply for a green card. While the green card application is pending, you can ask for a work authorization card which will allow you to work. Once you have your green card you can work and stay in the U.S.

NO. Only if you marry a citizen of this country. Good try though.
