I have heard good and bad things about Relacore. The good is that it is all natural and isn't like an ordinary diet pill that makes you all shaky. The bad is that it really didn't do any good at all as far as losing weight. What you really need to do is continue the walking but increase it every other day. Tack on another mile or two. I don't know if you do the miles all at once but you might try walking 5 miles in the morning and 5 miles in the evening. Definitely watch your fat and calorie intake. If you only need to lose 30 pounds this should take no more than 3 months. Congrats on the quitting smoking too.

Waste of time and money. My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.
On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.
The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!
Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.
Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.
Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

DUH....there is no magic pill sorry to tell you. Why do you think they advertise those things on daytime TV? Because there are quite a few lazy fat people sitting around looking for a magic weight loss pill.
There is a sucker born every day. Don't you think if there was a magic pill that the major pharmaceutical companies would be making it instead of some unknown company.

too that woman on the commercials who paces back and forth like a caged animal creeps me out....
screw the relacore, go on a low carb diet and keep up the walking. you'll see it melt away...a friend of mine did the sonoma diet but didn't add the exercise until two weeks into it. she lost 10 lbs the first two weeks and is now into her second phase and has lost 8 more, i think there is one or two more phases, she said she wasn't allowed fruit the first two weeks and was the second phase...i have no idea what happens the last two phases...check online i am sure there are lots of low carb clubs out there. good luck, congrats on quitting smoking and hang in there !

Baggy clothes hide one's body and encourage lounging around. So even when you're relaxing at home, wear fitted clothes to help keep you on track.
