Should already be installed. Can be used with hotmail and yahoo email accounts, search for the settings.

First off do you have the out look icon ? sec if not download out look express from the Internet.three but if you all ready have the icon right click it it will open up you can use it as an outlook express box's or right click accounts an set it up as a yahoo or hot mail account to run off one of them got me k no problem Jamie.

if you want to install it on your computer
control panel-> add/remove programs -> Choose Add/Remove windows components->Check on outlook express and click on next.
Just open outlook express and configure your email settings

download it from microsoft website .... you also need to know it doesnt work with yahoo and msn or hotmail anymore ........
