I am not a Muslim, still I will speak up. There is no question here as I see. You seem to be asking for point of view of Muslims. I will give my point of view.
Kargil was a shameful defeat for Pakistan, yes. But it was also a lesson for India for ignoring the intelligence. Musharraf will definitely write that Kargil was a victory for pakistan, otherwise people won't buy his book.
Hezbollah is defeated in Lebanon. But I doubt that Katushya rockets can be stopped. May be the people related to Hezbollah are dead, but the ideology lives. I think Israel should do something about this ideology. The ideology of terrorism against nations, it needs to be diluted. In order to do that, Israel will have to look back in history of other such movements, and will have to take steps to secure the future. Defeating Hezbollah is not the prime priority. Priority is to do away with the reasons because of which outfits like Hezbollah spring up. I am not capable of talking about the reasons and leave it to the discretion of others.
In fact all the nations in the world today need to not only use their weapons, but also their discretion on how to bring the terrorism mentality into submission.

Salam :) i'm a Muslim youngster residing in Canada. I placed on hijab alhamdullilah and it really is for the most section universal right here for the reason that i stay in a large city with a large Muslim inhabitants. I do get the few ignorant comments and idiots at school although who ask stuff like "yo were given a bomb lower than there hahaha". in spite of the indisputable fact that the hardest section is being diverse out of your acquaintances. Being a Muslim, activities, alcohol relationship boys donning revealing clothing and so on is *****, and at the same time as i do not favor to purpose this besides, it could be somewhat awkward to ought to describe why i do not do it to those who evaluate it only component of being a teen and its hassle-free to them. Muslims residing in Muslim international places actually have it extra straightforward at the same time as it involves installation in. And with nutrients it could be somewhat problematical yet I continually attempt to study the label if i'm no longer particular of the elements. yet i'd not wanna be the different faith no count number how complicated it receives and the way diverse i trust from anybody else, i'm happy to be Muslim :)

The title of your questions shows how communal and biased you are. I agree with some of the most intelligent answers that came up for your question. A victory in its true sense is something where you achieve peace and happiness for the people you are fighting for. America couldnt be victorious in Iraq as we still see lots of civilian disturbances and its troops getting killed in the streets. As it is, if Uncle Sam says that it has been victorious...the world agrees to it, as you have done. What was the main reason to go to war with Iraq? It was coz of the WMD that were supposed to be in possession of the then Iraqi President. But has the world ever questioned if the US really found the WMDs?? The agenda for the war was to displace Saddam...but the US troops still hold their ground there...what for? Is it not a modern form of colonisation? If all are so concerned about world peace..why did it take so long to stop Israel from bombarding Lebanon?? Are we biased in our thoughts? Cant we think of humanity as one .. cant we work together to make this world a better place to live in? Religions are meant to promote peace.....and lets work together to shed our petty misunderstandings..and work together to achieve this target.

I cannot comment on the first one, don't have enough information...
As for Hezbollah however, it is a victory because Israel did all the atrocities in Lebanon for one main reason: to annihilate Hezbollah and the Lebanese resistance... what has Israel achieved? NOTHING... what has Hezbollah achieved? the Love and support of all Lebanese (Muslim, Christian, etc.), Arabs, and Muslims around the world.... Hezbollah basically rules Lebanon right now, leading all the reconstruction work, compensating people, etc.
Please have a look at the link below to see what Israel has achieved:

there was absolutely no need 2 give so many evidences. whole world knows that musharraf is a lier. musharraf always kept on saying that osama is not in pakistan but some days back he admitted that osama died in pakistan. but even this is not true bcoz 2day many reports hav came which claims that osama is still alive.
u r absolutely right in saying that india won d kargil war against pakistan. nawaz sharief had 2 beg d lives of his soldiers+terrorists frm america, which resulted in a cease fire. it was one of d most shameful defeat for pakistan bcoz pakistan army went back showing their backs. a free passage was given by india 2 pakistani army+terrorists in this operation. who can now claim that kargil was a success for pakistan.
even in 1971 war , pakistani army surrendered with over 1,00,000
soldiers. even they kept on claiming that pakistan has won.
so dont worry dear, masharraf is a mad person. dont believe in his book.

With so much of hatred you got to join the army. If you were a soldier in the border, then you could have sacrificed your life for the nation. Our netas are very proud of you and need more people like you.
