When Im with my girlfriend everything could be good for the first 5 hours but when Im staying the night, she gets on my nerves and pisses me off. Im a nice guy and attractive.

Because YOU have an anger problem, don't you? You get pissed off about everything, and you're angry all the time. You can stay calm for 5 hours at the max. Then something "pisses you off" because you'r angry to start with. So you blame the person who is nearest to you at the moment, and that is of course her.
Take anger management classes, and read "Angry All the Time" by Ron Potter-Effron.

Being a nice attractive guy really doesn't matter here. What does she do to piss you off? Does she do it deliberately? Have you asked her if she does it on purpose? Find out what the real problem is between you two, and maybe you will be able to work this out with her. If you are serious enough with her, then consider couples counseling. If you haven't been with her long, then try to work it out without a therapist.

Maybe you have a short temper or maybe you can only stand her for a few hours? Or maybe you dont like it when she stays over.

Figure out what gets on your nerves. Either fix it or get out of the relationship. Obviously she isn't for you then. Love should be unconditionally.
