yes, go to nokia software update and d/load the softwaretho it completey re organises ur fone as if it were brand spanking new...gd luck

Contact your provider...there is a code you have to put in to unlock it. Explain to them why you want it unlocked (going oversees, etc.) and they will probably help you unlock it.
