Scientifically, and theoretically, we should be able to see the colours the same way as each other, since our eyes are more or less the same. Some people tend to see in lesser colours, and there is colour blindness too.
We will never know though, how true is this unless we can look through the eyes of another person.

Does a tree falling in the woods make noise if no one is there to hear it?
Do we all perceive colours the same?
Both are philosophical questions that I think would be gist for lively debate. I mean we all learn the names for the colours from someone else. Is the colour they are pointing to look the same to you or are you always going to think of it as the named colour.
Is your red the same as my red? Who knows?

it's impossible to know for sure.. but due to the fact that we all have similar processes for seeing color and that we can interpret color patterns to similar outcomes, it's a pretty good bet that for the most part we do.. as for how we see color? there are many screens for color in vision.. it starts in your eyes.. i believe there are 3 sets of receptors there that are on/off to 2 colors.. then there are (i think) 3 mental screens that each of the original patterns have to go threw that are in different parts of the brain.. then after that, color is assessed. it's been a couple years since my perception class.. but that's a fairly close analysis.

well, 7% of all males in the USA are some degree of colorblind, so i can guarantee you that not all of us see the same colors.
but if you mean, what looks like orange to you looks like blue to me, no, i dont believe that's possible. i believe it's objective, not subjective.
