You can't is the honest answer,but what you can do is tell her what you feel if anything?
If you do have some feelings other than the one between your legs then start with that,she may be upset when the i don't love you comes out,but the blow will be softened by the other feelings you have.

You can't! However and whatever you tell her will hurt, esp if she's in love with you. However there's no point putting it off and waiting for the right moment. It'll never happen. For some reason us females take everything personally and anything to d with relationships badly, just be open, honest and tactful about it. Don't keep leading her on, put yourself in her shoes............ it'd suck if you weren't told.

that i am affaird is something that isnt going to happen. If she loves you and you dont love her back no matter how you break it to her you are going to hurt her. even if she hides it from you she will hurt in side. the best thing to do is just tell her as the longer you wait the harder it will be on both of you.

The faster you tell her the better. It's going to hurt no matter what. But if you just keep her about it's going to hurt her even more.

unfortunately you will have to be honest. she will lick her wounds and then be glad that she did not waste time with someone who doesn't love her. don't feel guilty ,as you can not force yourself to love someone in the same way. being too gentle ,may make her think there is a chance that you will reconsider. good luck

You can't. If you are going to break someones heart you can do it quick and decisively or you can dilly dally around cutting, slicing and dicing until they are a blubbering mess. Either way you WILL hurt them. Wise guys do it quick so that they she can heal better and faster.

Honestly, tell the truth. Honesty is the best policy. Don't play with people's emotion. Once, you tell her the truth, she will be hurt, but she will understand why you did it and why is it important not to pretend.

there is no way of telling her that you dont love her and not hurtin her feeling's... the best thing is to tell her now b4 her feelings become stronger for you... also let her know that you'll always be there for her and you guys will always be friends
