you will need to make a 'point of entry' for the wire to come in... Argos do a full size indoor aerial** which you install in the loft. approx £10, with all leads clips &adaptors. then make a tiny hole in the ceiling etc for the wire to go down to your equipment.. fill the gap with white silicone and you wont know its there....
** look at the way the other aerials are pointing and put yours the same...

Look in the Argos catalogue. You can buy aerial extension kits which comprise the co-ax cable and all the fittings you need, very simple job too!
