We Are all the children of God. Christ wasn't a God. He was a prophet. If anyone should be called the #1 child of God it would be Adam and Eve.

In a manner of speaking, I'd be led to say yes, it is the biggest blasphemy. The Bible teaches that one sin that it is impossible to get forgiveness of is "blaspheming the Holy Ghost" or denying His authority/existence.

... No. It's only blasphemy if you go against your OWN religious beliefs. e.e

MOST PEOPLE do not believe that Christ was the son of your God. No matter what you may want to think, Christians are merely the largest religion in the world; they do not constitute a majority of the world's population. By a lot.

To the Jews, saying that a man is God is blasphemy, so all Christians are blasphemers. To worship a man as God is also idolatry, so Christians are blasphemers and idolaters--from a Jewish point of view.

Different religions or philosophies see things from a different point of view.

No I think it's a greater sin to say that Jesus is God.

If Jesus never said he was God, why should we?

At John 10:30, Jesus clarified his godship by refering to Ps. 82:6. Human gods, judges

Not Almighty God.

Blasphemy is an idiotic concept of Abrahmic religions.

God is not so small that he can be insulted by mortal beings...and those who think he can be insulted are spiritually under-developed

Yes, because Christ repeatedly said he was, with confirmation by the Father. To contradict this would make both the Father God and Jesus a liar.

Well, to a devout Christian it is.

Blasphemy is in the eye of the beholder.

As an atheist bumpersticker I've seen says, "Blasphemy is a victimless crime."
