-Work out, but don't over do it. It will help you sleep at night & is a great stress releaver.
-Drink a lot of water & try to stay away from foods that were too salty.
-Try to get as much sleep as possible. Infact the week leading up to my wedding, I took 1-2 tylenol PM before bed to ensure that I slept through the night.
-Its impossible to say "don't stress" because, hello, its your wedding day!!... But I can suggest taking all the help that people offer, and also, let it all out if needed to your mom, girlfriends, etc because if you keep it all in, you'll explode.
Congrads!

I tried to relax and not get too anxious about the big day - ate lots of fruit and drank water, slept well.....and I got an aura photo taken the day before the wedding - it showed me all blue, which means peace and calming - and I felt so good about that!! I knew I was making the right decision, and my very soul knew it too!!

We were moving into our appartment that week. NOT good.
Try to have everything done and then spend the week tying up loose ends. Try & stay in a positive frame of mind. Eat & sleep. Have your nails done, feet & hands, that sort of thing. Enjoy this time!

Take care of your skin the best you can. Drink LOTS and LOTS of water. They recommend drinking a gallon of water the day before your wedding so you are hydrated and refreshed. Working out always helps too. Also...have lots and lots and lots and lots of sex!

Slept, de-stressed, plenty of exercise, drink plenty of water, and did a 9-day cleansing diet (removes toxins and impurities from the body).
