what is the difference between the clear fluid that seeps out when slightly excited and the more cloudy substance that gushes out during ejaculation?
Can a woman become enpregnated from the clear stuff that comes out before ejaculaion?

Semen is the name given to the ejaculate as a whole. Sperm are single cells contained within the semen. These are the male gametes which when united with the female gamete (egg) fertilization can occur.
The clear fluid that oozes out prior to ejaculation is a cocktail of fluids produced by the Coopers glands to neutralize the acidity of the vagina too improve the chances of sperm survival. This fluid can contain sperm and, as many a young lady has found out to her dismay, can introduce sperm into the vagina. Any time the little swimmers get into the vagina pregnancy can occur.

sperm is found in the seman, and the clear white fluid when excited that you mention is pre-ejeculation, which also contains sperm and can get a girl pregnant
