He hasn't paid child support since '05. I've done everything, found his information from his own current g-friend. I would like to know what else is there to do? As for judgedredd's comment, you crawl back under your own rock... Your nothing

I am sorry that you are going through this. As a sociopath, like you put it, he pleasures in seeing other people's pain, and provoking you.

Honey, the only solution is for you to work harder so you do not depend on him. Focus on getting an education, if you do not have one. Use the resources to help families in need, that is what they were created for. Use your energy to improve yourself rather than run after him.

It will be a good day when, after you ignore him for a long time and he resents that, he offers a truce and with every right in the world you tell him: "Take your money and shove it where the sun does not shine. We don't even need you"

SUCCESS IS THE BEST REVENGE, trust me

The Friend of the Court is supposed to enforce child support payments. Have you submitted all the info to them? Maybe you should make an appointment with the FOC to personally discuss the problem with them. If he has a job, and still won't pay, they should put him in jail for a weekend and then garnish his wages.

Give his info to child support office.

What does him being a sociopath have to do with his need to pay child support?

If you can go thru the Attorney General's office or something similar they might help more.

I have to confess I am confused about 'judgedredd'.

I don't know how things stand in your country concerning Paternity payments. In the UK it's possible to extract payments from his salary before he receives it ... I say possible. It isn't all that easy, I have to admit. And it's only possible if he's working.

Go and see your Community Advice Bureau and Social Services (or equivalent where you live). Keep writing letters and phoning until you see some action. That is really the only way ... keeping on and on and on until you become a pain in the butt (not very nice ... but then no more is what he's doing to you!)

Most states have some sort of child support enforcement agency. If you know where he lives and where he works they can garnish his wages so he has no choice but to pay.

However if he doesn't work, or works cash only, you may be out of luck.

Just go to google and search for "child support enforcement "

get a lawyer and take his a$$ to court. This happened to my mother's sister with her husband. He is a useless piece of sh*t and she sued him for the child support that he had not paid. He is now in jail serving time for his problems

In Texas and Florida, you can have their wages garnished. In fact, even if you don't go after them, these states will. Check with your local laws to see if your state follows suit.
