Try to haggle a little bit, like £450, if not its not a bad deal, check road tax as well.

I just got a Ford Scorpio Ultima, 1997 in almost immaculate condition for £400, and where the Fiesta was an entry level car, the most basic, the Scorpio was their flag model, so I'd say that you could do much better. Truthfully i did extremely well with my car, but even so I'd say no more than £450 for a 1995 fiesta.

test drive it. sounds good but it would be worth nothing if he/she sell at a garage. 550 sounds good but i would be worried what hasn't been or will need repairing. done 82,000 miles in a ford means the engine will be on its lasting burst. u have to ask yourself why this person done all the replacements and selling

Prices vary for this car from £300 to £800, so as long as its as good as you say it is and has a good mot and tax then its seems a fair price.

Look, the important thing is that do you really like it? If you do,
then for 550 pounds it's okay, otherwise don't buy it.
