Dude, these people are simply nuts. They are so deluded by Bible psychnonsense that they are incapable of any rational thought whatsoever when it comes to religion. They can not even acknowledge that it is possible not to believe the nonsense they don't even really believe.
They have a trojan horse in their head that goes off every time religious thoughts are triggered, and scrambles their brains until it passes.

I think that most people's problems with the arguing of atheists is that an atheist has no reason to recruit others into their beliefs like other belief structures do. However, I see the importance in it through the fact that people fear and judge what they don't understand. This is why I fully accept atheist thought in religious discussion.

I don't see how stating your opinions is in any way validating the opinions of others. I'm an atheist and I acknowledge that there are plenty of theists around me. That doesn't mean that their beliefs are right, but the believers do exists.

I completely agree with you. Atheism is to deny the existance of a "higher power" not the believers that do. We are not giving any credence to any god. We are questioning the believers so that they may look inside themselves and examine what they feel the truth to be.

Well, I think of it this way....I acknowledge that there people who believe the holocaust never happened. Acknowledging that these people exist, (and are stupid, deluded, and blind), is in no way giving credence to their opinion. Same goes for christianity.

I don't see how knowing and understanding another's beliefs while still holding to your own can validate that theirs is right and yours is wrong. Acknowledging that others believe in a god while you don't is not giving credence to or proving that particular god exists.
I think LUCKY U is talking himself in a circle.....

Have you heard of the quote that went something like "to beat your enemy you must become your enemy"? Pretty much it's saying to know your enemies strengths and weaknesses you have to figure out how their mind works. If you can do that, you can effectively fight your enemy. That's the reason why christians don't do very well in debates on religion against atheists. Most christians don't take the time to understand them, they just cover their ears and say bible quotes. And ignoring christians and other religious people wouldn't make sense. When you ignore something, it gets worse.

Every argument/counter argument gives credence to both sides. Winner is not the winner of ultimate truth. He is only a winner of argument (his/her ability to convince the rest of the world). In other words, the inability of the other side to prove his/her arguement.

By dwelling on the subject they give more and more excuses as too why there cant be a God thus making it obvious that there must be a God because they are so worried about disproving it.

If you are at ease with your decision to be atheist you would not have the need to interfere with people who have chosen to believe in something.
