You make some very good points. Lust is not a disease, and it's silly some Christians are freaked out by it.
That said, anger is a natural human response too. So is anxiety and fear.
If left unchecked, anger, fear, and anxiety can lead to all kinds of problems.
So can lust. So, no, there is nothing wrong with lust. I don't only love my wife; I lust after her! But lust can lead to children without families (and other problems).
If lust can at times cause so much suffering, isn't it wise to speak out against it in some instances? If short term gratification worth the long-term problems it creates for children and society?

Please! There are no Christians condemning you for lusting. We don't have to. The word of God has already judged you. Just say what it really is, you want someone to make you feel like what you're doing is right because it feels good in your flesh. Anyone of us can experience lust. If we sit there and think about it all the time. We can think about any other thing if we choose to. So go ahead and do what you know to do. BTW, It doesn't start with lust. It starts with a three letter word (not sex) SIN. It all began with the fall of Adam and Eve.

Not at all. We have all known lust at some point. I have on many occasion's but now i have love, although some Christians would probable say its lust because were not married. As I'm not a christian anyway they can think what they like.

Lets look at it realistically. Lust is the single greatest contributor to the aids epidemic we have. People have killed each other over lust. Goverments and kingdoms have gone to war over it. It is a dangerous thing. It corrupts your mind and often makes you do thing you regret after your needs are satisfied. Thats why christians avoid it. Because it is a plague. A plague that destroys common senses and has no cure.

Lust is the base carnal desire hard wired into all of us, it's the drive to procreate. Believers can't accept evolution, so they have to come up with another reason for lust, so it's evil.
I don't condemn lust, I commend it.

I agree. Physical attraction is lust and I don't know anyone(including myself) who has had any kind of meaningful, loving and SEXUAL relationship with someone that there were not the least bit attracted to.

Because they've chosen the bondage of religion. They're hogtied tighter than a masochist's dream.
And I think Lucky U actually meant to say religion instead of lust, lol!

I don't condemn lust, but in the Buddhist faith it is a tether that ties us to the material world. We believe that in order to end our suffering we must end our desire. And in order to do that you must sever all of the tethers. Can a bird fly away if on wing is tied to the ground?

Interesting question. It's all personal preference. Just you do your thing and don't talk to narrow minded people. That is a very old way of thinking. As long as you aren't spreadin diseases you are fine.
