Veronica. What ever happened to just being 16?
What I hear you saying is that you do not live with your parents every day, and that the folks where you live have to go away to work. You are expected to care for your cousin, your friend and a baby even though you are still in high school.
Take a look a what needs to be done in a day. Forget that your friend is anorexic. That is something only she can choose or not choose. She obviously is not receptive to your opinion so just be her friend and treat her like you'd treat anyone else.
Take a look at what the other people who live with you day to day can do. Your friend can still clean and shop (cooking may not be her big thing). Start asking her to do appropriate things to help like the laundry or the vacuuming.
Your cousin needs to learn to be responsible for himself. He should be picking up after himself and taking out the garbage. And whatever else he is capable of doing in your judgement.
If the baby can be with grandparents or aunts or uncles then contact them. Ask them to babysit on the days that you are overloaded.
Go to the guidance counselor at school. Inform them of your home situation and ask for help. They may know of someone who can take some of the responsibility off of you.
Do not make the mistake of becoming the doormat. These people are just as capable as you of functioning in the activities of daily living...in other words they can do the work, too...
just treat them with respect and make your expectations clear even if you have to have a little family chat in order to inform them that since you have been given all the responsibility now you are going to delegate. Explain that everyone's life will be easier when they follow through on things you ask them to do.
Hang in there, girl. It's a lot. You are becoming a wonderful, caring woman who can make decisions and be responsible. Remember to carve out a little time for you. When you get sick of being the strong one, delegate. And remember that you are creating the woman of his dreams. Someone on whom your eventual man will be able to trust and rely on, and who he will want to have trust and rely on him, too.

A Moment for You
There are angels on earth
and I know you’re one.
Like an angel,
you watch over special ones.
Keeping them safe from harm,
and making sure they’re alright.
Lifting them up,
and restoring hope in their life.
Guiding them toward happiness,
no one ever needs to feel alone.
Because you’re loving presence is never far,
and your wings are never known.
But their constant comfort is felt every day,
So, if you ever wonder, you do make a difference in everyway.

God bless you! Be proud of yourself, the fact that you can do all that means you are strong and will grow up to be even stronger woman! Don't worry about things that you have to do, just do it at your own pace and God will reward you!

Let go and let God sweetie. Just don't do it. Leave. You're not going to get in trouble, they will. The law only holds adults accountable, not children.
