I have searched all over the web and every place I go wants me to sign up for family trees and all that type of stuff. All I want is to know is what my last name means.

I would love to do Genealogy research, but I do not have the money to do so. So I would just like to find out what my last name means.... I know it's German. I am having trouble finding what it means.

Hey Christoph... H,

If you start a Genealogy research on your ancestry, you will find out. I don't know, and have to do research for you. So, I am going to provide some tools/web sites for you to discover for yourself.

When you are ready to do Genealogy research, let us know right here in Answers, or email one of the frequent responders. You can find web sites for Vital Records (to prove and provide information that leads to your ancestors), DNA, etc. Hope this helps.
