It is not all christians that will go to heaven. Reason being that some are just christians by mouth. Their actions and ways of lives can not justify who really is a christian. Although they may bear christian names, go to church, sing praises to God but they have not forsaken the Adamic nature in them. This type of christian will stay on earth but those that will go to heaven are those that are born again, those that are true followers of Christ and that have forsaken their sin and accepted Christ as their Lord and Saviour. The apostles were called Christians in Antioch 'cos pple were able to see that their ways of lives corresponded with that of Christ. Acts11:26

No. All those who are dead in Christ and those who are alive at the time Jesus returns will be raptured. The only people left on Earth that day will be unbelievers.
