I would talk to him openly about it...he might have issues with himself while having sex...OR, even worse, issues with you. He may very well just love oral much more...and when he is done, he isn't in the mood for sex.
It could be a lot of things...but if you are not prepared to hear an answer that might upset you, then I would not ask. But if you have an open mind, and have an open relationship, then it might be something you can discuss with him.

A guy wanting oral sex is not that new of an idea. But, it he seems to want to control the relationship by you pleasuring him and not vice versa. So, take control of the situation by keeping your mouth and your legs shut. He will come around and if he doesn't, move on.
