I know of several and can find hundreds. Is there a special need? (ie, battered woman, abused child, drug abuser, homeless, mental illness, seeking work or work skills, fugitive, refugee, victim of natural disaster, etc), What locale? Many sites are secretive so it pays to ask a local pastor, family physician, or social worker. The most secretive ones are often those for battered women for obvious reasons.

If the service is available in your area, you can dial 211 and get more information.

The link below might help begin your search. It is far from exhaustive. Again, a local minister, physician or case-worker will likely be more helpful.

There is a link described as being like the yellow pages of Christian resources. You also might want to add some details to your question about a specific area so that people can provide you with better answers.
