I am going on the assumption that he asked you to attend Homecoming at his school - correct? then he provides the tickest, meal, flowers - all other costs. You just gotta show up looking gorgeous!!! Have fun, dance all the dances, enjoy dinner -
make him so glad he asked you to attend with him!!!

If he asked you to homecoming then he should pay. If you both just mutually agreed to go to homecoming together, then you should help out. It all depends on how much you are doing. If it's just dinner and the dance, you should ask him, "do you want to pay for dinner or the dance?" you could also suggest that he pays for dinner, and you will get the tip and buy the tickets for the dance. Just ask him and see what he says. Some guys would feel wrong about letting their date pay for anything, so make sure you ask.

homecoming can be a hugh expense and you should not expect a guy that you just started going out with to foot the whole bill why not go semi dutch . You get the tickets and he pays for dinner. and you can split the cost of everything else.

The only "payment" you are responsible for is good quality sex afterwards.
