I have a feeling much of the violence is more about politics and money than faith, since atheistic regimes have also been up to their eyeballs in human blood in the last 100 years as well. I am by no means a GWB basher, but the US needs to get its own energy policy in order and leave the internal politics of Islamic nations to Muslims. This is not a peaceful religion, whatever they may say, and US involvement makes it worse.
The sooner US politics and business isn't involved in those countries, the better. They have been killing each other for centuries; much like the protestant v. catholic conflicts of christain history. There is no reason for us to get between them.
My real sympathies go to the former Muslims living under Sharia law who have converted to Christianity (or other faiths, or atheism). They are the ones who really loose in all this, since it is a capital offence.
Hoping the best for you...

A religion is an organized system of belief. The problem with this is that beliefs are really just a set of passionate opinions that you cannot prove or disprove. And since everyone is different, there is therefore no 1 right belief or opinion. But a religion says that there IS 1 right belief, and so people go to war to "defend" those beliefs. Really what they're doing is going to war to impose their beliefs. (This isn't just for religions, politics falls into this category as well.)
So I would say that as soon as religions stop telling people what they should and should not believe, people will stop fighting and killing in the name of their religions. (Then they will just be fighting and killing in the name of their passionate opinions...) Maybe a little cynical, but I challenge you to come up with a logical rebuttal.

I believe the source of the problem stems from the "original Sin".From that time till Christ returns and sets up His millennial kingdom you are always going to have wars. We are all guilty of sin but we can be forgiven by the blood of Christ if we ask Him. Upon doing so we should be different and turn from our old sinful nature to become more Christlike. There aren't really \"good" people and "bad "people we are all sinners. Place your hope in Christ and not in things of this world, there is a brighter future! When He returns for HIs 1000 year reign we will then see there can be perfect peace because it will not come from the hearts of man but from Christ who is " all righteous" pure and holy. Yes you are right there is only one God, the God of the bible Jehovah, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. He is not Allah or Buddha or any other He is the true creator of heaven and earth, all others are false gods, man made gods.

revelation 17 and 18 is a very interesting read. many people come up with explainations of it or claim it is a mistery.
Jehovah's witnesses say the wild beast there represents the governments of the world. the harlot represents all false religion. be it islam, christianity in its many forms, hinduism, judaism, spiritism, atheism etc. all false religion will be destroyed. 17:17 says God will put it into their hearts to do so. so the governments of the world will have it put into their hearts to destroy religion.
when religion is destroyed, there will be peace for a time, then armageddon, then peace forever

We might get along better if we got rid of religion, and just followed the teachings of the Christ. Religion is a bunch of rules like a club. If you don't believe this way, you can't belong. And my club is better than your club. This has no place in Christianity. Jesus said so himself. Luke 9:49-50. And those who don't know this truth are the ones who lose out on a life of peace, and getting along with others who are wonderful people even if you don't agree on everything. (or most things)

People will stop killing each other because of religion when one of two things happen. Either people stop killing each other altogether, an inexcusable action regardless of the circumstances. OR people stop believing that a hand full of moral half truths and crooked fairytale myths provide a good starting point for their behaviour, an inexcusable action regardless of the circumstances.
I hoping the answer is both and soon.

Your question is amazingly unsuitable. First of merely because you theoretically killed us would not recommend no Christians are born or raised to visit heaven. There may were billions of Christians who were born and walked the earth in the previous you equipped this dream robotic of yours to objective to kill us(shows how ill and determined your are). ensuing in the second one answer no longer God does no longer subvert your loose will. All which will ensue is that on the Day of Judgement you'd be head to head with him and also you may opt to respond to on your crimes second, we dont trust in a invisible Sky wizard. We trust in a God it truly is the finest clarification for the universe and is immutable, immaterial, omniscient, all-powerful and all powerful. also, i'd opt to ask on what prevalent is the robotic invincible? If its in evaluation to each and every of the human beings he killed, then particular. yet in evaluation to God, no longer he's not any longer invincible. So your question is amazingly unsuitable

There is a fact that the world has not live a single day's peace. Not a single day, so I don't think there will be peace at this day and age, where people disrespect each other and their religion.

True faith is the path to peace, not war. The mark of a Christian is love, joy, peace, goodness, kindness, faithfulness, patience, humility, self-control. If they don't show that, then question if their faith is real.
Love All, Forgive All, Show Mercy, Judge No-One

sadly we dont deserve wat god gave us "a brain" wat have we done with it but usin it to destroy the earth , nature and our own self...
