If "tan" is the color of your avatar, I'd say black.

I think the look that people find sexy is that of contrast, so on a Black woman, white would be sexier, on a very pale woman, black.

But on someone in the middle, I'd guess that any color except tan would make a nice contrast, though red is pretty well associated with "fast" women.

The blue, whether light or dark blue, just doesn't visualize as sexy.
