I'm 24, he's 20, we work 2gether and have been good friends for a year. we're close, he's never had a g/f b-4 but has liked girls before, he's friendly yet laid back so what signs should I look out 4 that he really cares 4 me as a friend and might want more?

He would ask to see you outside of work. Has he asked for your phone number, at least? I think that it is OK to approach the subject of getting together outside of work, yourself. See how he reacts. See is it is actually planned. If not then move on, there are lots of men out there and you are still very young.

Well from the signs it sounds like this guy may be bi. He walks on both sides of the fence. He wants to have his fun with another guy, and also have his fun with you. As long as you let this go on he will continue to play you like a game. Really that is what he is doing. Whether you want to admit it or not that is what he is doing. Look let him go, and find someone that is straight and cares for you as much as you care for him. Right now you are on a one way street named "failure". When you find the person that cares for you as much as do you for him, you will see what I mean. So many people think "sex" is the main thing in relationships. They are so wrong. Life is so enjoyable when two people can enjoy each other's company like going to a nice resturant, a movie or even just something as simple as "a walk in the park". When you find someone who enjoys life with you like in the activities above then you have found the "special" one.
