God gave us all free will. Therefore we all can choose between right and wrong. And yes God is all knowing, but not all CONTROLLING. Yes He does know if you are going to make the right choice or not...and He's not gonna stop you, because He gave us free will. P.S. Tests do not come from God. He doesn't give you free will and then Tempt you to make the wrong choices. The other dude does the tempting, and God allows it to happen, otherwise it would not be FREE will. I hope this explanation helps you with your inquiry.

God has given us a free will to do as we please.

Choosing right from wrong is an attribute that only Human beings posses. His other creations such as Angels do as he commands. Animals do not posses the power of reason and do what they do best in nature and survive. This is the very reason God has placed such emphasis on trials and tribulations to find those humans who are really committed to finding and glorifying the truth.

That truth will place you in better stead in the afterlife. You choose the truth is out there.

This is the question which theists is afraid of. Your question is among many which we faithless ask and not satisfy of the filthy stupid answer. God knows everything but God asked Cain where Abel is. God didnot know that Eve and Adam ate from the forbidden tree until God asked! Isn't it shameful to see that the best seller of all times have been a book so wrongly written!

He knows everything because he can look foreword and backward through time. Too God, we are stuck, each of us in our own small period of time. i believe though that the future (From our stand point) is always changing because of the choices we make and do not make. Its sort of looking at a kaleidoscope of possibilities with our free will as the catalyst.

knowing everything and realizing or experiencing everything is quite different. God may know everything, but He realise and experience everything through us.
Why do you thing He created this world and put us here?
If He realised every thing, then there was no need to have us here. You can know the water is cold, but not until you touch it, you realise how cold it is. See my point?

Your question doesn't make sense...

If you are watching a cat cross the road into oncoming traffic and know it's going to die...what does that have to do with you knowing the outcome?

What a great question! God has given us the ability to choose, to think, and to ultimately rationalize things for ourselves. If he did not plant those things in us we would be nothing more than robots. He wants us to come to do his will willingly, he will not force us to do anything. He does know who will essentially be saved, and who will be lost, but it won't be by his choosing, it will be by your own free will. It's so much easier to choose to do the will of God.

God knows what we will do, but the decisions are ours to make because God gave all of us free will.

That makes each of us responsible for our own decisions.

HE may want to see how we are going to react as we are individual beings with the free will and freedom of choice to make certain decisions.
