Fresh eggs should keep about 4-6 days after boiling and peeled. They will last a few days longer if unpeeled, but will be much more difficult to peel after they have cooled from boiling process. The older the eggs get, the darker the yolk will become from the surface to the center, going from yellow to green. I throw out anything that has discolored past the surface of the yolk. If the eggs are over boiled they will turn much faster from yellow to green, so keep that in mind. I put my eggs in the pan before heating with a splash of vinegar to keep them together if shell ruptures, and bring to a boil for 8-10 minutes. I then shock the eggs in a ice water bath to stop the cooking process and peel them while still warm to the touch and they slide right out of the shell with little to no damage to the egg white outer layer, then refrigerate covered in a dish just big enough to close without crushing. This limits the amount of air space in the container and will keep the whites from getting rubbery for a couple of days. If you are storing them longer, cover them in water with a bit of olive oil, but be careful that it doesn't get too cold.

That is a question that is relative and not easy to answer.. It depends on how high/low the fridge is set for.. it depends on how much you open/close the fridge. I have kept them there for two weeks but.. really.. I think that may be pushing it
