You should really go to your vet, and let them take care of it. If you have been using one kind and you have been using it correctly, ask them to please use a different one. That is a really long time for a puppy to have worms, you really don't want it to get any worse, and the longer you have them the harder it will be to get rid of them.

There are more than one type of worms that cats and dogs get. Your puppy needs a fecal exam to be able to identify the worms. Some of the worms you cannot see. Call your vet, they usually give you worm pills without an appointment. If your puppy has not been taken to the vet, you need to take her. Most vets will give a free first exam. Home remedies don't work as well as what the vet gives.

there are no good home remedies as you have found out. There are no good over the counter remedies. The fact that your animal still has worms regardless of the stuff you have dosed her with should tell you something. Go to your vet and get a worming pill. Just one pill which will not cost much will rid her of worms. You need to worm her at least 3 times a year. I don't know where in the world you are but in the UK a drontal worming pill will cost £2.50.

She should already be on Heartworm preventative so take a stool sample to the vet to see exactly what worm is there.
Panacur seems to work the best for me. Drontal is good and is only supposed to be one dose but usually another is needed. Panacur is 3 doses three days in a row and unless the pup is completely eaten up with worms it usually shows significant result after the second dose. If it is eaten up with worm I would repeat the 3 doses 3 - 4 weeks later.

The only effective worm medicine, is going to the Veterinarian, your puppy is suffering by the worms taking the nutrition from her. Please make an appointment for her, you can go to Petsmart or a vet that only charges for the vaccine or pills, not the office call. Go Now :)

Take the dog and a fresh fecal sample to a vet. That way the vet can determine what type(s) of worms your dog has and treat it safely and effectively. otc's do not work and can harm your dog.

Take your dog to the vet immediately, it is not right that she has been suffering worm infestation for such a long time, if it were a baby that was ill you would make the doctor see her, its no different with a dog, she needs treatment

why dont you take it to the vet and get some real medicine for the dog. I know how it is with the vet especially if you dont have alot of money but hey that is the price you pay when you have pets they need care to.

There is a good pill but you can only get it from your vet. Go and ask them for a worm pill for your dog. Make sure you tell them its age and weight.
