If you don't want a ripped off copy of the latest version for free, which is illegal, then your best bet is to go onto eBay and see if anyone is selling an old version on there. If they're a couple of versions old they shouldn't cost too much - much less than the full version. You won't be breaking any laws either.
The other risk of downloading pirated versions is that they can come loaded with malicious software that can redirect your web browser or even track your keystrokes and send crucial password information back to crooks. Get used to the fact that nothing is free - but you can do things legally for cheap, if you go to a bit more trouble.

I work as a web designer and photoshop is my favourite professional tool. With photoshop you can edit images, retouch pictures, make collages, apply cool effects, etc. No doubts it's the world leading photo editing software for professionals. If you are a newbie photoshop it's still a good option: you can use it quite easily to do basic things (resize and crop images, change colors, ecc.). You can get a copy of the program here http://bitly.com/1p34aA3

we gained't communicate the piracy of copyright products right here. that is interior the words you agreed to once you signed up for Yahoo solutions. If i'm going to, there's a freeware decision referred to as GIMP. provided you do your section, it could do lots of what Photoshop can do. there is even some pre-made filters obtainable for effects and computerized image touch up. The links to a pair of those are on the area, yet you will locate others by ability of way of google.

Try Cnet.com you can find a lot of free downloads there. I know they have some photo software, but I am not sure they will have what you are looking for. But it is worth a try.
