only you and him know the answer to this question. i would think after 5 years you should be pretty sure by now wether or not you can trust him. i do not know many men out there who would be prepared to wait 5 years to have intercourse with their girlfriend, that has to score him a hell of a lot of points surely?. you will know when the time is right, as far as trust goes, well follow your gut instinct, has he ever given you reason not to trust him?
