No, not as long as you aren't using mega-heavy weights.

It may.
1. Maximum 3 days a week.
2. Maximum 45 - 60 mnts workout a day.
3. Avoid injuries, if happens rest till it heals.
4. Keep proper form.
5. Enough warm up and stretching before beginning weight training.
6. Enough water intake.
7. Nutritious food.

AND REST IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING. BODY BUILDS ONLY WHILE YOU REST.

You bet it will.
Ask yourself why you're doing this.
Fitness is very important, but what you're doing isn't going to make you fit. I see men (men only) doing this sort of thing at the gym all the time. A couple of heavy, grunty lifts and they think they're doing the right thing. Try halving the weight and halving the speed at which you lift - up and down - and see which one gives you a better work out.
Are you a little vain?
You need an all-round program, with aerobic exercise and lower body exercise. Speak to your gym people about a well-designed program.

yes, this will give you bones that pop and shift a bit. but that is nothing compared to the life you will be living if you don't work out at all. keep it up, and go nice and steady.
