you might insist but this does not mean you're going to receive what you insist on. after you take a look at the results you may discover what you wanted was really not in your best interests after all and the other results were far more better for you.

To get somewhere and achieve a goal, we need indeed to run a path.

If you insist and fail, such a thing shall not discourage you, but you have to try it another way, recognize your mistakes and correct them...before being able to get to your goal.
