My favorite thing to do is to watch a TV show being filmed. They are constantly taping game shows, talk shows and sometimes TV series and are looking for people to be in the crowd. I don't recall the street name, but it is a main street just a few blocks south of Hollywood Blvd (you don't want to hang around Hollywood Blvd at night! Its full of beggars and thieves and con artists). You will see big billboard signs telling you where to go to be in the audience. There is no charge and they usually have entertainment before and in between the breaks of the show. I have seen many famous people and sometimes they will come talk to the crowd and shake your hand during the breaks. You can also take a short ride west to Beverly Hills...there is always something going on there and it is safe. Go to the Beverly Hills Hilton and just look around...it is amazing and you don't have to spend a dime unless you want to... they will treat you like a king/queen if you order a bottle of water or just walk around like you are staying there. You will probably see some famous folks hanging around.

Their is always Church, movies, or you could visit museums, call family,or just get some much needed rest at night.
