I would think that if you didn't get your green card from the government that it must be a fraud or scam of some kind .I don't know for sure but common sense tells me its not real or legal.

The DV lottery is absolutely for real, but all .com, .org or .net sites that claim to represent or help you with the lottery are businesses and many of them are scams. They take money and do nothing. The genuine DV lottery is free. Here is information:

The concept is real however you do not need anyone to do it. You can do it yourself, it is so easy
