I've lost 32 pounds in 69 days. It takes focus, determination, and some help. I started out with no energy and no exercise. I had to get a "crutch." This "crutch" was a weight loss plan. Eventually, I added exercise by walking. I didn't have time either. I made the point to get up an extra hour earlier and walk while everybody is asleep.
Once you get started, you will find 15 minutes here or 30 minutes there. Instead of filling it with unproductive time, take a walk. Lay on the floor and do some leg lifts. Play with the kids. That's plenty of exercise.
If I can be of further assistance, let me know.

My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.
On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.
The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!
Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.
Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.
Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

Sorry but no time is virtually never a good excuse. We all have time it's just what we decide to do with it. Watch Eastenders? well there's 2 hours a week you could be exercising.
Best thing to do is review your diet carefully and with 3 kids you'll be tired a lot so try to find 30 mins of exercise 4 times a week doing sit ups, press ups, and follow an aerobic video/DVD.
Try and add exercise into your daily routine where possible even little things help like walk upstairs instead of using the lift, walk instead of driving short distances

Losing weight in one week
Losing weight is difficult. But here I am introducing you some tips to lose a small amount of weight in a healthy that that is also within a week.
Steps to losing weight fast
* Get a set of small hand weights, 3, 5 or 8 lbs.
* Do five to ten minutes of weight lifting for a half an hour after each meal. Lie on your back and slowly lift yourself up with weights in each hand. Do this daily for the full seven days.
* Before or after you take a bath or a shower each day, do five minutes of jogging in place, your weights in hand.
* Do not eat greasy foods. Drink only water and fruit juice. Eat a portion of vegetables at every meal.
* In the morning try to eat fruit. Do NOT dump heaps of sugar on your cereal.
* Follow this regimen for seven days and you will see results.
* Take time to cook, Make food look appealing; don't be afraid to try new things. If you're not sure how to prepare or eat things you can go on an online search engine (such as google) and look how recipes and how to eat things.
* It is a shown fact that one of the "weight loss tips" is not true, many of us believe that if we eat late at night the food turns directly into fat. This is only a myth, food is stored all day into fat, it has nothing to do with time. Make sure you eat a lot of protein, this is important because if you don't have enough protein in your diet you will lose muscle and not fat.(Muscle will be burned but not as much). And finally have fun with it! Make up a dance or jump rope to music, getting active doesn’t mean boot camp!
Quick tips
* Eat plenty of vegetables with each meal.
* Drink plenty of water
* Before buying any food, look for carbs, calories and sugar in the ingredients. You'll want to cut down on all three.

Hi..
For starters excercise when you can, even if its walking them in a stroller and one kids on your back, it helps! :)
Food wise, get rid of white bread and potatoes, chips, cookies and junk food. Trade these in for WHEAT bread, pitas, veggies and fruits...choose lean meats, yogurt etc. Watch your portions especially if you find yourself wanting to cheat with say (my weakness) chips....only have the amount specified on the bag. This way you still know how many calories you consumed.
You can also lay in the floor while your kids are playing and do crunches/situps or even hand weights. I used to do it while my daughter was playing with her doll house. It is possible so dont give up. You not only have to eat right but you have to do something to burn the calories.
I hope this helps you some...
good luck :)

Losing weight is a very simple mathematical formula.
You have to burn more calories than you eat. For example: If you eat 2500 calories in a day, you need to burn at least 2500 calories to maintain your weight. In order to lose 1 pound, you need to burn 3000 calories more than you eat. So....if you eat 2500 calories, you need to burn 5500 calories. 20 minutes of exercise (you have to make the time) 3 times a week will help you burn the calories. You need to get your heart pumping in order to burn. When you start it will be very difficult, but each time it gets easier. Soon you'll be craving exercise instead of food. Good Luck!

I have had wonderful results with weight watchers. The weight loss is steady 1lb each week and there are so many recipes. You can eat anything as long as you account for it and watch the servings. Not weird food either, like the weight watchers rice cake myth.

Control your insulin production and you will lose the weight. That is done by controlling the glycemic content of the foods you eat.
Check out "Protein Power" by Drs. Eades. It will help you lose weight by good food choices alone.
