to want to look up old friends, romances, when you arn't in contact with any at the presnt time? and how do you go about the best ways in meeting people in a small town, where most of them are bars, and places for younger kids? (I rarely drink). I am 24 single and female.

Whatever your interests are, you might want to join a club (or start one) to meet others who share those interests. That's a great question. I don't do the bar thing anymore, either. I'm not afraid to strike up a conversation with someone on a walk or at Walmart. :) Also, moms of students who attend school with my daughter have proved to be interesting people. Good luck. :)

I do the same thing, just to see where they are living.. I NEVER contact them.. I like to see what area they live in, maybe if I can see if they have kids or what they do for a living.. its just being nosey... Not sure what is in your town do you have a community center or a YMCA? Great places to get involved at, or even a college.. I met my hubby online..Love@aol.com

y dont u try to get closer to the people in ur work .invite them to gather some time and as a group create ur own activities

well i would be looking up old friends and seeing what they are doing and then i would make the sigestion of hanging out and then go from there

don't hang around a bar they will call you a bar fly.get invovled in a church. and go to communities functions.good luck.
