I have 4 yr experience as a Back Office & currently working as a Secretary but keeping in view the growth, I am thinking to do MBA then what stream would be better for me to choose so that my experience may be add & my career may growth.

If you are going for full time MBA program, then HR is the best option. But if you are planning to do it part time or correspondence, then i do not think you can specialise in any field.

MBA HR (Human resource) can be taken. Since u r working as a Secretary, you can well shine in human relations in an office. So my choice is MBA HR
