Judging by the way you wrote that question I'm surprised they even let you IN to a supermarket - "in a supermarket is they do you" - WHAT THE HELL IS THAT SUPPOSED TO MEAN?
Still, with no points right now we'll be spared any more of your rubbish for a few minutes.

Guess you are not into cooking yet! Even though I have nothing special on my mind for lunch/diner etc. I let myself inspire by the great choice of vegetables,fish/meat and so on and very often a tasty surprise comes up at the table!

If you go to Rachelray.com or FoodTV.com there are links for many recipes that are easy, and they come with a list of what you need to make them.....that is where you should start. Since you are into sandwiches, I usually look at restaurant menus and try to make their sandwiches at home.....

Get some of the old fashioned cook books, like Betty Crocker, Plan your meal at home and buy what you need. They have lots of really simple recipes.

1st, try keeping in mind all of the 4 food groups.
If you don't eat meat or dairy, there are a bunch of wonderful substitutions these days to fit your tastes.
Then just grab your condiments (sauces etc), or side dishes. Maybe some noodles, or rice, etc.

I would try different kinds of foods to see if you like them. If you already get sandwiches, I would try soup (ramen noodles is good), eggs, juice, vegetables, some kind of meat (chicken, veal, ground beef, etc.) cheese, stew, mashed potatoes, fruit, chips, cereal, etc.

start with buying the main parts of a meal, ie chicken, beef, etc etc, then but all veg you may serve it with, then get tins of stuff you fancy, and fridge stuff, then bread etc, finish off in the frozen dept for frozen meals if u r lazy then desserts and stuff.
