1.Does the Holy Spirit talk to good Christians and bad Christians as well? Is the Holy spirit with them all the time or just at certain times? When does it start visiting a person who wants to become a Christian?
2.How can you as a Christian tell if the Holy Spirit is inside another Christian? How come many Christians fooled people by claiming that the Holy spirit was inside them only to be converted to another religion later on ?
3.Does the Holy Spirit dictate what Christians should do without choice or freedom at all or does it only guide them and they have the freedom to follow or not ?
4.If the Holy Spirit dictates what Christian should do, why do Christians commit sins and make mistakes ? How can you explain the conversion to other religions and atheism of many Christians? Are they told to do that by the Holy Spirit?
5.If the Holy Spirit guides Christians only, and they are free to do what they want, then how do we know that the writers of the Gospels didn’t make mistakes in writing them?
6.If Christians believe that the Holy Spirit comes and talks to them everyday, why don’t they ask the Holy Spirit about which version of the Bible to follow since there are too many versions floating around?

Good questions. Holy Spirit or Holy Ghost means the same thing. The Holy Spirit is there when you repent of your sins & ask Jesus to become Lord of your life & you ask the Holy Spirit in. I'm not sure how you tell if a Christian is filled with the Holy Spirit other than if they are following the Lord (if they have the fruits of the spirit). The Holy Spirit does not dictate what Christians do, it helps them make right choices, the choice however is still the individuals (which is why sin still happens) The Holy Spirit doesnt tell people to convert to other religions.The writers of the Gospels (or any part of the Bible) didnt make mistakes because God made the universe and all that is in it and made sure that His word was correct. I think many do ask which version of the Bible to read, many versions are correct, just different wordings. I'm sure I didnt get All your questions answered but I hope this helps some :)

These are a lot of questions. I will answer only part, if that is okay. The Holy Spirit or Holy Ghost teaches truth. All truth is taught by comes from God, whether truth in science, religion, or lifes events. So all humans have influence from the Holy Spirit. However, only those that make a covenant with the Lord (normally through Baptism, however, other churches use other means) receive the "Gift of the Holy Ghost" which is a purifying power. This is the "Baptism of Fire" where one is cleansed from all sin and has the ability to repent and stay clean. It is the Holy Ghost that cleans the spirit. Only sin will make the Holy Ghost depart from you, however, forgiveness is open to you. If you sincerely repent, the Spirit will return.
Christians should constantly ask the Spirit what is right and what is error. Christians should always have an open mind to what is truth and they should only trust the answers God gives them through the Holy Ghost.

The Holy Spirit is God and will open doors/answer any doubts you have if you are truly open to hearing the answers. The Holy Spirit will not make any decisions for you. God answers prayers according to his will and not your wants. The best way to read scripture is to ask the Holy Spirit to let you take what you need from the words that you read. As a Christian, this is what I do--I don't go seeking my own answers, but the ones God gives me.

Holy Spirit and Holy Ghost is mean the same thing, (King James Version uses Holy Ghost, and NKJV, NIV.. uses Holy Spirit)
God can be identify as God, the Father, Jesus Christ, the Son, and Holy Spirit.. who is with us, - The Trinity.
How to know whether a Christian is filled in Holy Spirit, is when we accept Christ into our life, our spirit man become alive.. Holy Spirit will speak to us, and when we sin, He will convict our us, guide us, remind us, prompt us the hidden sins we have.. help us to live a godly life that pleases God.
However, Holy Spirit is a gentle Man, He will continue to guide us, so that we can have the freedom, and not be binded by the bondage we have, e.g smoking, drinking, gambling habits, etc..
Holy Spirit can helps us to understand Bible, when we read God's Words, sometimes, we could hardly understand, but if we pray for God's understanding, Holy Spirit will be with us, to help us to have the understating, knowledge and wisdom from God Himself, and not by our own human understanding. Your so far out in left field, your out of the park. The Holy Spirit does not dictate to anyone ever. What gave you this idea? No, only God knows who is saved and who is not. The Holy Spirit does dwell in me but I can't prove it to you and that's the way it is supposed to be. God will tell me who to trust and who to stay away from even though I don't know if they are a Godly person or not. The Holy Spirit guides me in all my actions, He doesn't tell me what to do and what not to do, He just gives me a notion of what is right and what is wrong.

my quran says that god supported only jesus by an angle who's name is holy spirit .. no other prophets mentioned like that .. therefore no any christian can have any experiment with holy spirit .. and holi spirit is only an angle not a god .. not a piece of god .. peace ..
