besides she is slim so slim ppl look taller

muslims dont u think that covering women up is depriving them of a life. why should they have to suffer just coz men cant control their lust. dont u think they should be allowed to live life to the full and not just live life for their men.

I'm a Muslim and I don't believe it was ever intended for women to be covered to that extreme. I think somewhere along the line, it got way out of hand.

In Islam a woman does not have to get married.

In Islam the man is not allowed to look at the womans skin (other than face and hands) whether with or without desire, and is not allowed to look at her face and hands with desire.

The man must not look at women with desire even if she is uncovered.

The woman covering what she does not want to show to strange men is her right and her protection and it does not restrict her,

Allah is the one tempted Eve to make her fall in sin by eating the fruit of knowledge of good and evil.
He is the same Allah of all islam. He thinks if a woman is fully covered others would not identify a woman and woman would not be tempted by others than him.
That's why he ask woman to cover fully.

If it is forced on them, no. If it is the woman's choice to be modest and to prevent the temptaion of man or to suffer the mortification of humility, it is a blessing.

I believe that in many cases, too much importance is placed on appearances and this manner of dress is definately better than what some women and even girls expose us to in their not-so-modest attire.

this is not typical dress of Muslims... and even so, if a woman decides to dress so as to cover her body--it is her choice to do so.. It seems to be other people who have problem with the way a woman dresses and not the woman herself.....why is that??

although im muslim im with u in this piont i have to cover when i go out ..i hate it .... im very pretty and i can't show my beauty ...i really hate it im not talking about my riligion im muslim and proud of it...it just the covering thing it bugs me . just thinking about the idea of staying like that for the rest of my life ....brings me suicidal thoughts .or runnig away .
