When I feel guilty, I remember to pray.
I confess, I do not pay attention to my complete spiritual life all the time.
But I try to walk by spiritual beliefs most of the time.

Paul the Apostle said to pray without ceasing. To answer your question, Christians SHOULD pray every day. This one does.

I keep a running conversation with God throughout the day. I find that even little sufferings are alleviated by a little prayer.
