the best way of couping stress is simply enjoying all the tasks that seems to stressful; by doing so it will lessen the pressure that you are feeling. And also see to it that you smile often cause smiling also lessen the pressure that you are feeling.

I don't think there is any way to stay completely stress free. But how you handle your stress is what will make the difference to your health. I mean, sure, if you're in a bad situation and can get out of it, do that. But every life has stress. It's part of what helps us to grow and mature. Exercise, good diet, spirituality, plenty of sleep, close friends... all contribute to your being able to handle the stress in your life effectively. :)

Take it easy policy.If I really have heart that should have burst ed last year itself. Even though I got a chance of issuing the warning of Tsunami even after I issued the warning nobody cared to find out the truth how it was possible for me to issue the warning. In one way my effort failed to save the people from Tsunami. All because of the careless attitude of our scientist and politician. Whom can I blame for this. But because of my will power still I struggle with the concern persons.

just enjoy life.on the weekend,sleep and snooze until you wake up naturally or be semi naugthy,call in sick to work,switch your alarm and log on to zzzzzzzzzz. it can be enjoyable to sleep late sometimes..
