I work in a high-stress enviornment and I just make sure to put it behind me at day's end. I pray and I have hobbies to get my mind off of my troubles. I am active with family and friends, I read a lot, I also play on the computer a lot. I own 2 dogs and 2 cats and they're wonderful to play with and destress. Just remember, there's ALWAYS going to be some sort of stress in someone's life...it's how you handle it that makes the difference.

For what it's worth, everyone has to have some level of stress in their lives, otherwise we can't function properly. I've also found people who didn't have any work stress tend to have a lot of personal stress and drama and vice versa. A healthy, normal level of stress and useful way of dealing with it (hobbies, exercise etc) is the proper balance.

Stress stems from trying to balance our responsibilities and not having enough time, stress in small doses can be good but prolonged + money worries and life just drags you down, try Actimel for a couple of weeks.

YOU cant life is stressful. BUT there are some things you can do to feel less stressful. LAY off all cafeen to start with. WATCH your diet. DRINK water drop the sodas. LAY off white sugar.REMOVE all the things that stress you out.

There is no such thing as "stress free" life. You can learn how to deal with it though, and learn something like Yoga or biofeedback, meditation to help with stress reduction and coping mechanism.

EVEN WHEN YOUR PURSE IS MISSING AT HOME THERE ARE PEOPLE GET WORRIED .THEY GET STRESS IN THEIR MIND.
FIR A MOMNT THINK AND TALK TO YOUR WIFE .I AM SURE SHE WILL SAY AND YOU FEEL OK WHEN SHE SAYS "DONT WORRY IT WILL BE THERE .
BY THINKING ND IF AT ALSO ONE FEELS UNHAPPY CONSOLE YOUR SELF AFTER THINKING ,YOU WILL RECONCILE .U FEEL THEN STRESS LESS
