You do not say those things politely. You say those things bluntly. More "polite" girls than "blunt" girls get raped and hacked up every year.

It can be really hard to be polite when dealing with some one you don't want to be around. You could try cutting off the conversation and getting away from them, after a while they may get the hint. But most likely you are going to have to tell them that you do not enjoy their company and would rather they leave you alone.

Well if you dont like them and want them to leave you alone then just say it, then smile at them and walk off.

there is no polite way to tell a person you dont like them so the only way is to tell them off

Exactly the way you just said it, only nicer. Just tell them that the feelings they have arent mutual and you would like to left alone. Do it in a calm, non snobbish manner and you should be fine.
