All the areas that were drained by the Dutch. As you drive along beside the Great Ouse to Kings Lynn look up to see the river and down to see the land. Now think what would happen if the pumps stopped and the banks burst!
Remember Ely was an island in a marsh which stretched back to Cambridge.

east anglia is so flat i would imagine all of it! no, joking, i know that the River Cam floods ever year, and areas of Wisbeach do too

I thought the area was mainly going to be around the Thames Gateway - but I hear there's massive regeneration of that area being drafted - houses on stilts?
