If you are carrying a wrongdoing around that you feel is too troublesome to talk about then it will just fester inside you. You have to find someone, a loved one, a priest, pastor, family friend, significant other to share this will or it will consume you and cause you mental/physical stress. If possible, correct the wrongdoing

Yes I do....I feel very guilty about it too.
I was raised in an abusive home and carry the scar around with me 24/7. I feel trapped and often overwhelmed by emotions.

I did, but then I gave it to Jesus!
He forgave me for everything I did in the past, and everything I will do in the future. There is great peace in laying your sins at the foot of the cross!
