wasting your time! charity commission don't just hand out registered charities numbers. You have to prove your different And now days thats near impossible with over 250,000 registered charities. If you say were somehow different than the 250,000 UK reg charities you have to find and inspireTrustees about 5 of them who volunteer and are not paid to work about! at leased 20 hr a week for the first year. Fund raising realistically you need to employ professionals at it wont be cheap! a good fundraiser salary is between £32-£45,000 per year.you can forget sponsors. All the big corporates are signed up by the large charities. You have to have at least 4 year of running a successfully charity before sponsor would even look at you!

setting up a charity is one of the hardest things you can do! the market is saturated and hugely competitive!

you will work nearly 80-100 hours week unpaid for over a year before it breaks even!

stick to the day job! if you want to help and make a difference be come a trustee! all charities need trustee, your not paid but you share the board, its highly rewarding...
