the party may not necesarily listen to you when you talk, if you are not able to comunicate properly, communication is a skill, and one can master it methodically. you can also comunicate, just by listening also.
when the other person grasps what you have expreesed by words, gestures, or with the help of adio-visuals, that's called communication.
you may go on talking, but still may not communicate, if you are not a good communicator !

Communication is 2 ways information sharing.. so an information sent by a sender or encoder to a receiver or decoder.. through this process "noise" might infere, noise means something that might block all information or some information so that the receiver get wrong or not complete message.. example of noise is.. very loud voice as background sound when your calling someone..after the decoder receive the message decoder will send a feedback means he/she do exactly as expected..
example a meeting or telephone calling..

while talking is just a 1 way communication.. example anchor that reads the news..
