Not knowing your routine, its difficult to sugest... But maybe, put on your makeup whilst driving... Straighten those seams, whilst answering, try and allways be ready, instead of spending time preening. Maybe display a larger clock on your blackberry.
but i think the real reason, try to give a damn :) stupid meaningless long winded meetings... try and invite people you like, to push up the numbers, so you get sandwiches, instead of biscuits... then get then to create a distraction, whilst u steal them all.
Make a point in all meetings to do something unusual, eg, bringing your own packed lunch, in your postman pat lunch box. if your late to work, allways leave something there to make u want to go back, eg your underwear, wouldnt want someone to beat you in and find it, and the cleaners need something to make their lives more interesting...

Don't bother setting your clock/watch fast. You'll always know that you REALLY have five more minutes. What you need to do is decide that punctuality is a priority and that you don't want everyone waiting for you. It annoys me when someone is always late and I have to wait for them. Occasional tardiness is no big deal--it happens to everyone. But constantly being late gives off the impression of disrespect, and people will view you as disorganized, not good in today's fast-paced world. Good luck.

I'm always late too. I would give you some advice if I had an answer for you but I prefer to be late most of the time. Ever go to a party or a shower and wait an hour for everything to get started? Well needless to say, I'm late on purpose so that doesn't happen to me.

Set your watch fast and always leave earlier than you think you need to.If you need to be at an important meeting put a reminder on your phone early enough so that you get there in plenty of time.

Yes. Buck your ideas up a bit before you lose out on something major. After that's happened, you won't be late for anything again.

I have the very same problem and this morning it's beginning to hit home. I think I'll take the following strategic steps:
1. more alarm clocks
2. less food at brekkie
3. sprint instead of walk briskly to bus-stop
4. positive thinking: "i will be on time, i will be on time".
Will try this tomorrow.
